4 WEEK COACHED PROGRAM
This 4 week triathlon program will be delivered to your via your own Training Peaks account.
Each day your coach will set you a training session to complete. Yes... there will be rest days included too!!!
The purpose of the program will be to introduce all 3 disciplines of triathlon progressing in duration and intensity week by week.
To learn fundamental skills of swim, bike & run.
To build base aerobic fitness.
To build strength in all 3 disciplines.
To build fitness over winter.
To surround athletes with like-minded people.
To train in a supportive group.
